Late night beer (Saturday) in the pub. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow beer with thin foamlayer on top. Scent is flowery and somehow with notes of mead. Taste is pleasant and refreshing, not very tart, but rather soft and even sweetish. The main taste is to elderflower, presumably. Salt is in aftertaste. Good and easy gose.
