One "flight" @ La Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Saint-Gilles. I've been to the main taproom where they have flights. It's not open today, so I took a tram to this place. Basically, no flights here but I can always do a selfmade flight with the smallest portions. Easy as that. Flight 1/4 displays hazy, mango yellow. A moldy white head on the top up to the level of one finger. Citruses in the air. Pink grapefruit and lemon. The tongue receives an easy medley: pink grapefruit, a bit of tangerine, lemon zest, raw mango and distant grass. The fragrance didn't impress me much but the taste profile is actually quite reasonable. The body is quite light for the ABV. Should be bigger. Ends with lemon and grapefruit, mostly pulp but also some pith. Narrows down seriously at this stage. The sensation is light, zesty, somewhat pulpy and marginally pithy. Flattens down toward the end.
