Heti kaadossa jo houkutteleva vaahto pinnassa ja tuoksua alkaa leijailemaan. On hyvää. Kirsikka tasaa liiemmän makeuden pois ja jäljelle jää varsin tasapainoinen maku. Hieman olisi toivonut makua lisää, niin tämä olisi noussut aivan sinne aatelisten tasolle.
