It's all about experimentation and try new approaches at the Outposts breweries, which is why we've brewed this IPA with a new yeast strain from WHC. Pineapple Passion is a thermotolerant yeast that creates Pineapple esters during fermentation, dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, this juicy IPA has a high finishing gravity to provide a full body, with pineapple, passionfruit and guava flavours and aromas.
