Isohkot odotukset, mutta käteen jäi pettymys. Runko todella ohut ja kuivuus ja alko puskee päälle kuin yleinen syyttäjä tuusulalaisen lainvalvojan niskaan. Tukevammalla rungolla olisi todella tasapainoisempi tuote, mutta kun ei☹️

Nightcap. Murky, pitch black beer as one could expect of a nightcap. Yes. Moderate carbonation and a subsequent limited fawn lacing. Soon the top is flat still. Intensive rum barrel in the air. Cane sugar, cookie, roasted malt, marginal raw chocolate, a bit of green apple and a wisp of vanilla complete the olfactory journey. The gustatory profile is aggressive and raw: powerful rum and ample barrel notes. Balance is not the best merit of this brew. Cane sugar, roasted malt, green apple, raw gooseberry, bitter coffee bean, grass and a suggestion of raw chocolate can also be depicted. The body is medium. A bit on the weaker side, yet, the ABV isn't particularly bold either. The finish keeps my tastebuds alerted for a while. The impression is medium, tangy, roasty, woody, a tad dry and seriously barrel aged. This is exceptionally raw and harsh. Like no mercy given. And hence, unbalanced. I hope my nightcap doesn't give me nightmares. 🫨
