Kuohkea 3 sormen paksuinen vaahto kullan värisessä läpikuultavassa, helposti juotavassa ja poreilevassa oluessa. Tämähän on kyllä maultansa lähempänä ”vehnistä”. Belgi hiivaa, banaania ja yrttiä. Hiivamainen, mausteinen ja yrttimäinen.
