Okay, a second Lambic. Now a Kriek. Looks misty garnet. Cherry juice, white wine, oak barrel, green apple. That's my takeaway in the olfactory universe. The taste serves cherry sour, redcurrant, lingonberry, white wine, wheat malt and a decent splash of wild yeast. Feels light, juicy, modestly vinous, dry, drying and marginally funky only. Can't reach the level of my first Lambic today.
