Fitting name, I hope it sticks.
Professional pour giving a nice golden yellow body, semi transparent to the point of a straw yellow hue, with about one and half fingers of firm, white foamy head.
It certainly looks the part.
Scent is very grainy, soft wheat, malted barley, sow grassy notes and a little corn in the finish.
The feeling in the mouth is largely foamy but there is some bite in the initial sup. This continues as the foaminess opens before the carbonation follows, with the bubbles remaining crisp throughout.
Taste is grainy too, the cereals become a little mashed together with each sup fluctuating between the robust malt, the mild wheat and the grass. The aftertaste is quite dry with spent cereal notes lingering in the mouth.
Not bad. Hopefully will get a chance to try it in a bottle or can.
