Foggy, bright yellow drink with sparkling carbonation builds a hasty head, half a finger maybe, that dies immediately away. Mango can be detected in the scent. Not sweet, rather like mango peel. The taste gives mango peel and a bit of raw apple with a faint salty finish. The sensation is light, juicy, spritzy, refreshing and a bit tropical. Quite nice, especially since the taste is not artificially sweet.
