Semiclear, pale amber beer with vivid carbonation unlocks an off-white fluffy head that elevates up to three fingers. The foamy hat shrinks gradually to a neat lace ring, while simultaneously painting the glass with hazy mosaics. Biscuit malt, waffle and inverted sugar syrup hit my nose first. Orange peel and a hint of mandarin dance in the background. Very much what I anticipated although the sugar slam is never a big plus in my opinion. Nevertheless, the sugar element goes underground on the tongue. Just a hint of it can be spotted. Otherwise, the package is composed of pale malt, including wheat, Belgian yeast, orange peel, waffle and coriander seed. A fairly attractive and style-obedient cocktail. The body is light-medium. A bit modest to this ABV but it's okay. The finish is similar to upfront but a slightly chemical alcoholic tang raises its head now. Not much but a bit anyway. The mouthfeel is light-medium, estery, marginally Belgiany and moderately alcoholic. Follows the style qualifications but is even a rather easy sample in this genre.
