Ambrée, translucide avec un beau col de mousse. C'est l'IPA phare de Pasteur Street. Pas grand chose au nez. En bouche, une IPA légère qui ressemble à une Pale Ale. Je ne sens pas de jasmin (mais je sais pas s'il y en a 😅) légères saveurs florales quand même. Bref c'est plus une APA de soif qu'une IPA. Basique.
