This was nice. It’s malty that has toasted caramel, light honey with some light Christmas spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. You get a nice addition of oak, sweet bourbon and a hint of vanilla. This was enjoyable all the way thru. The spice is done in a way that just compliments the sweetness. The barrel aging just tops it off. A great sipper. I am saddened as I’m now taking my last sip. 🙁
