osing : soy sauce, teriyaki, yuzu citrus Roasted soy beans start to peaty smokey barbeque and clean easy end. Overall tasted like roasted black soy beans smoked with bbq sauce. Very unique japanese like nosing its like their grilled eel sauce. Good flavour. Hkd 24
