Wheat malt in the taste. Lemon, zest and pith. Yeasty. Not much but still. Is there coriander seed here, as well? Light minus. At times even thin. Light, fragrant, aromatic. Nothing to do with Sahti. Rather a Saison. Okay, the same family but completely different parameters.
