LOWA TROLLS 0,3% NA Hoppy Belgian Ale Br. Dubuisson 🇧🇪 (Pipaix) Blonde dorée un peu brumeuse. Parfums fleuris. Goût de bière avec des notes de céréales, de vanille et d'agrumes. Pas trop douce, je la trouve bien réussie. ℹ️ IBU 30 Houblons : Motueka, Saaz,...

A semiclear gold beer with perky carbonation unleashes a tall soapy head that shoots four fingers high. The foamy stack melts gradually downward and leaves dense lacings here and there. A sweet fruit-peely scent. I can spot grated mandarin peel, a bit of orange flavored winegum, wheat biscuit and faint yeast. A bit scary if this proves to be a sweet inverted sugar syrup bomb... The citrusy elements are certainly present on the tongue. Orange pith, mandarin peel, peach, lemon, wheat malt and biscuit. That's the package unbundled. The body is thin. The finish is citrusy, not bitter, and wheaty. Perhaps somewhat narrower than upfront but enjoyable. The mouthfeel is thin, zesty, moderately pithy and refreshing. Not too sweet, in my opinion. Balanced and quaffable.

Une jolie bière sans alcool avec un bon goût de houblons.
