Wild yeast smell. A little sharp, as most saisons are, slight apple flavour, full body from the strength. I'm glad I got to try this but I probably wouldn't get it again.

I've realised I like a saison after having a fair few of them. This one has the classic dry sourness with a hint (and I mean hint) of apple. Really like it though
