Une jolie robe ambrée foncée, un petit nez bien sympathique sur le sirop d'érable, en bouche les notes d'érable explosent, la sucrosité est plutôt faible (et c'est tant mieux), il y a une petite pointe torréfiée bien agréable, on a un bel équilibre, je suis bluffé. Au final, une belle réussite, je pense quand même qu'il faut s'arrêter à une ou 2, sous peine d'écoeurement. Sinon bravo !
