Dry Irish Stout brewed with European malt from our favorite maltster, Thomas Fawcett, resulting in a roasty, dry, quaffable stout.

Happy St. Patrick's Day.
No head (could be because I poured it last Friday, but the can seals up pretty well) Subtle nose, that of roasted malt. Taste is roasted malt and roasted coffee. Very light mouth feel, more like a porter, a touch watery. Finish is distinct with a light, lingering bitterness on the sides of my tongue.
