Fifth and final course: desert The dish itself was the least of all, but the pairing with this cherry and almond imperial pastry stout was impeccable. All in all another great evening with good company, great food and some great beers. As almost every beer this evening, this final beer was pretty high in ABV, but not overly sweet (for a pastry stout). Great conclusion.
