You Can't Grow Concrete
5.5% Pale Ale - New England
A study in Citra, with a little help from an old friend, Centennial. This pale ale utilises Citra in every format - pellets, T90, BBC, CRYO and Yakima Chief Hyperboost - to explore the layers and complexity of this incredible hop and squeeze out all the juice that Citra can bring forth. Expect layers of mango, tropical fruits, lychee and lemon. Hyperboost is a new product from Yakima Chief. It's a concentrate of the aromatic oils from specific hop varieties, designed to give a lift to hop aroma and impart almost no vegetal or grassy flavour or aroma, providing maximum Citra delivery.
Hops: Centennial, Citra

Decent drink Bostin pint. Nice citrus aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Citrus fruit taste with a nice hoppiness mixed. Subtle tropical fruit twist leading to a slight sweet finish. Enjoyable drink. Smooth and easy drinking session ale even at the abv but well worth it

Easy going pale ale from Deya. A little bitter and hazy but really tasty.
