Piacevole, molto profumata, una birra analcolica che vale la pena

This Pale Ale wears semiclear gold. The carbonation is timid as it unleashes a tiny-bubbled head that remains well below half a finger. The short retention kills the restrained foam fast. The scent is truly modest, both in intensity and breadth. I can only spot fruity elements of lemon zest and apricot skin. The taste profile is alright but substantially modest: lemon occupies most seats in the audience, zest, pith and peel. Following behind, I can enjoy a marginal floral twist, plus wheat malt and an interesting crackery note that must be spelt. The body is light. The tail waves in a zesty citrusy pace. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, refreshing and slightly pithy. Interesting, a tad generic but does the job well.
