A crisp and clean Japanese lager with a smooth, slightly sweet malt-forward profile and a dry clean finish. The aroma features mild earthy noble hops, fresh bread or grain and subtle hints of honey or citrus. The taste delivers a rich maltiness with light notes of toasted grain, honey and a gentle hop bitterness that balances out the sweetness. Incredibly easy to drink, this is the ideal beer to have with Japanese dishes.

Not bad for a Japanese lager that is German owned and brewed in London. Like the malty taste and has a refreshing aftertaste.

Interesting one. A little on the bland side but OK. Crispy and refreshing. A little too much gas. The aroma is very light, almost non-existent. 4.6% ABV might affect it negatively. For the price of £6.50 I would probably revert back to £6 5% ABV Staropramen served here in this establishment.
