This beer is translucent. And exceptionally pale. The color is somewhere between champagne and straw. Slightly milky actually. The carbonation is reasonable but pushes out a clean white, silky head that rises three fingers high. Soon the foamy stack melts to a neat lace ring and leaves irregular splashes here and there. Lemon zest, lemon pith, a suggestion of coriander seed and distinct wheat malt emanate nicely to my nose. A distant floral note is first hidden but then steps or of the shadows. Hibiscus? The taste is soft. And lemony. Yes, citrus dominates. Lemon zest, lemon pith, soft wheat cushion, a hint of coriander leaf but not seed as well as yeast. Thin body. Ends relatively quickly with no changes whatsoever. The mouthfeel is thin, relatively soft, smooth, zesty, pithy and slightly drying. Offers a marginal Belgiany impression, as well.
