Very malty, very nutty, sweet ale, a little heavy but pleasant flavour - nice to have in the est 1312 Sloop Inn pub!

Definitely amber, a mix of nutty and sweet with a lingering tang. I’m pretty sure it’s named after St Ives’ heavily oaked Sloop Inn which dates from… c1312.

Decent drink. Nice malty aroma with a slight roasted note. Malty taste with a nice subtle caramelish sweetness to finish. Slight bitter aftertaste but enjoyable. Smooth and easy drinking session ale that's very well balanced

It pours red in colour, slightly hazy with a cream coloured head. Aroma is quite sharp as if there's something gone wrong with the Beer. Flavour is of the same, which is a shame, as I had high hopes for this beer when I saw the red colour.

Sark pour smooth taste. Solid Amber Ale.
