6.7% India Pale Ale
A dank West Coast IPA w/ Simcoe & Cascade. This is our ode to the Simcoe and Cascade mountain ranges and the bush pilots of all generations that have enjoyed the views from above. Like our brewer's late uncle John. Each of our IPA's will showcase, but not be exclusive to a certain hop. This time it's all about Simcoe!
