Dèpaysement: Audacia is a new foeder aged saison built upon a sturdy base of Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and spelt. Primarily fermented in stainless before being transferred over into one of loathe format foeders with a house mixed culture and aged for 11 months. Racked out of oak and into stainless steel on substantial dry hop of Audacia from our friends Indie Hops for 5 days bedore being naturally carbonated in cans and kegs.
