Hops are the flowers or cones of the hop plant. They are the reason your beer is bitter, citrusy piney or fruity. Hops are grown around the world & different strains of hops have vastly varying characteristics.
The series of single-hope beers aim to showcase the unique character of some of our favourite hop variants.
Centennial is a versatile hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process and has become one of the most well-respected hop variants since it's release in 1990, quickly developing the nickname super cascade for its vibrant citrus, floral and soft pine characteristics.
Hops: Centennial
