One for the road. A Genevois Mead with a stunning 12 %. Oh mama! Glad it's only 1 dl. The complexion is limpid gold. Looks like a Lager. 😅  An intriguing scent: fructose, honey, sweet cantaloupe and honeydew. The tastebuds try hard to get along with sweet honeydew, honey, white wine, bubblegum and bags of fructose. And an undeniable boozy tang. There's no maltbody since there's no malt either but this feels fairly light to the strength. And sappy, strong, boozy as well as faintly herbal. Also fragrant. A curiosity. I wonder who wants a pint of this... Even I had a bit of a struggle with this baby. D'accord, à demain!
