A sour flight. For a starter.  😅 Flight 1/4 (1) colors clear straw. The weakest carbonation and head of all the four. The nose enjoys big mint and moderate ginger. Refreshing. Wheat perhaps in the background (just guessing...). Mint is definitely obvious also on the tongue. Love it! Ginger is a bit timid but can be captured. Wheat, yes. Okay? Light body. The end is minty, what else? Well, gingery, too. Feels refreshing big time! And zesty, spiced, herbal, tart and puckering. But not really acidic. Interesting. Innovative.
