A decent drink with a nice citrusy aroma. It has a citrusy taste with a subtle pine hoppiness mixed in, all supported by a subtle malty backbone leading to a slightly sweet finish. This is balanced by a bitter aftertaste. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale. I marked it down as it seems very lifeless; it would probably be a minimum of 3.8 purely on the flavours, but it lacks the creaminess and fizz, if you know what I mean. Probably the JDW curse striking again.

Started out as Red Squirrel brewery before they turned Mad! Smooth creamy, almost buttery body & a fresh pine + mild fruit flavour which disappears relatively quickly
