
A coffee stout brewed using a blend of 4 malted barleys, pale ale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt and roasted malt barley. Adding First Gold hops during the boil along with some lactose sugar, then added ground coffee beans to the fermenter to produce a smooth stout with roasted coffee flavours with a residual sweetness. Contains lactose.

Decent drink. Nice coffee aroma and taste with a subtle fruitiness mixed in. Slight hoppiness to leading up to a slight burnt caramel finish. Smooth and easy drinking session ale

Decent drink. Strong coffee aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, as expected, with a nice malty taste. Surprising slightly subtle coffee notes but build up to a bitter coffee finish. Enjoyable drink and a good session ale even at the abv
