8.0% New England DIPA / Hazy Imperial IPA
This New England Double IPA, brewed in collaboration with the new kid on the block, Revenant from Finland, bursts with tropical fruit and citrus flavors from Centennial, Citra, and Talus hops complemented by undertones of white grape from the Nelson Sauvin hops. The use of great amounts of flaked oats and wheat malt create a very smooth body and hazy appearance.

Vaahtoaa todella reilusti. Mehumaisen läpikuultavan vaaleankeltainen, pohjalla kevyttä sakkaa. Kevyen hedelmäinen, hieman kitkerä, mutta silti pehmeä.

Revenant ei näköjään ole aina tae korkeasta laadusta. Collab ei yllä samalle tasolle heidän omien tuotostensa kanssa.

Ylikypsää hedelmää ja pientä sauvinin valkoviintä maussa. Suutuntumassa pieni hapokkuus ja on aavistuksen väljä. Jälkimaku mukavan makeahko. Overripe fruit and little sauvin like white vine in flavor. Mouthfeel has little acid and is bit loose. Aftertaste is nice and sweet.
