END OF THE STORY Juntunen Pale Ale was released almost 10 years ago and with Viimeinen Juntunen IPA we are now closing the circle. This will be the last beer released by us. Thank you Ari "Arde" Juntunen for inspiration, support and friendship over the years. Thank you dear customers, shareholders, partners of all sorts, collaborators, friends, families and pets. This was quite a ride! Viimeinen Juntunen IPA is a modernised version of our first ever beer. It's a hybrid between West Coast IPA and Hazy IPA. It's heavily hopped from the kettle to the cold side. Aromas of peach, mango and citrus fruits mix with piney elements. It is dry, smooth and heavily bitter. Fermentables: Golden Promise, Flaked Oat, Dextrin, Pale Caramel. Kettle/Whirlpool Hops: Chinook, Amarillo, Citra Dry Hops: Azacca, Citra, Galaxy. Yeast: Lallemand Pomona.
