I am very fond of this brewery. Perfectly balanced west coast IPA. Nothing too much, nothing too little. We have the same taste. I love their logo and the way they explain it’s meaning on their website. This is alchemy I can believe in.

Semisamea rusehtava olut. Maltaisuutta löytyy ja maku on kepeän karamellinen. Sitrushedelmää sekä mukavan reipasta katkeroa. Varsin hyvä kokonaisuus.

Kellertävän ja hailakan vaaleanruskeaa ja sameahkoa. Vähäinen ja pienikuplainen vaahto. Tuoksu maukkaan, makean ja runsaan trooppisen hedelmäinen (ananasta, mangoa, appelsiinia). Maku maukkaan, runsaan ja makean trooppisen hedelmäinen (ananasta, appelsiinia, mangoa), makeahkon marmeladinen, kitkerähkön greippinen ja pihkainen, mukavan ja kevyen karamellisen maltainen ja viljainen sekä selkeän humalaisen katkera. Oikein hyvät ja tasapainoiset maut. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen, kuivakka ja hiilihappoinen. Maukas, onnistunut ja mukavasti juotava länsirannikon IPA. Toimii!
