I have high hopes for this beer. It's dressed in semihazy, pale straw. The fairly standard carbonation releases a cloud-white, soapy head that initially swells three fingers thick. The foam dissipates soon to the sides and throws a few tiny splatters on the glass. The fragrance is very zesty: pineapple, lemon and carambola. Interestingly, there's also an occasional illusion of bubblegum hovering somewhere in the air. Lemon zest, lemon pith, pineapple and carambola join forces on the tongue. Marginal grass and a distant idea of green grape seal the package for now. The body can be described as light minus. The end is more or less unchanged. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, pulpy and also a bit pithy. Pleasantly refreshing. Delivers. Yeah.
