4.7% Sour / Wild Ale
Jazzy little take on a kettle sour. Co-ferment of L. Helveticus and Kveik. Blackcurrant is a subtle addition, for a fruited sour, at only 25g/L, but with a grist that compliments and bolsters the flavours nicely. It's a little bit late for a nod to the biopic, but sure.
