Un jus de fruit légèrement alcoolisé, à ne pas confondre et donner aux enfants ! Ici on a ajouté directement des purées de fruit dans un style Gose. La passion apporte un côté corsé et acidulé. C'est fantaisiste pour de la bière mais ils le font bien à La Superbe.
