Nice malty aroma rises from the glass. Thick, small-bubbled two finger foam top after pouring, lasts a good while too. Dark, clear brown in the glass. Rounded roasty notes all around, balanced with a bit of sweetness, but not too much. Just right. Roasted malts make up the body. A hint of coffee and a very faint licorice maybe? Long, roasted malt after taste.
