Here we go! This looks awesome! Fully turbid. The hue is seductive warm sunset yellow. The carbonation is relatively decent as I can observe an off-white whipped-creamy head of slightly less than one finger.
Oh mama! A lovely fragrance. Orange jam, tangerine, mango, lactose, ice cream. Wow! Bags of crushed oat biscuit. This is one of those moments when I admire brewers who magically discover these aromas out of the hops. How on earth can hops produce a fruit salad? Lord, I have to learn that!
My tastebuds just loooove this. Tropical. Balmy. Creamy as cream can be. Loads of mango, a tad Gallia melon, tangerine, fresh mandarin (not that oversweet canned stuff), blood orange, lactose and cream. A lot of cream. Maybe also ice cream. And oat flakes and biscuits. Oat biscuit, what else? Do I find marginal vanilla, too? Well, whatever, a faint hop burn looms in the background. Verrry nice! 💛💛
The body rates full. Now we are talking! No rubbish here! The tail twists marginally crisper with a hint of resin but otherwise the tropical fresh fruit cornucopia is still what I receive. And like. For quite some time actually. And like I said, hop burn is not entirely absent here, quite modest but depictable.
The mouthfeel is full, soft, smooth, tropical, creamy and nectar-like. Characterful. Seductive like a siren song. I'm ready to fall for this. Fully international level stuff.
