Hazy Folk Pale Ale
Area of Illumination
The pixel is the basic unit of programmable color on a computer display. It’s logical, the smallest unit in a digital display and citrusy, earthy, and intense with grapefruity peachy-pine and woodsy pineapple-pear. Pixel!
We love hops, we love pale ales, and we love it when beers are
big and little, large and small like ever-expanding spaces into
nothingness. When they are just oxymorons that keep you
returning for more… yeah…
So, we always try to keep brewing hops slammed, hazy pale
ales with all the characters for the style. A nice light but sturdy
malty backbone, a sleek golden tone, and a balanced bitter
bite. Add to that the fantastic-ness that is hops.
This folk pale has a complex yet harmonious flavor and aroma profile, suitable for hop enthusiasts and casual drinkers who appreciate a well-crafted, flavorful, and aromatic pale ale. It’s pretty fragrant and delicious, with a pronounced fruitiness layered over a backbone of pine and mild earthy tones. Dot!
