Pretty much true-to-form for a Styrian golding hopped beer. Bottle label describes the character as earthy, citrus, 40 IBUs. Certainly tastes earthy, not much citrus evident in this bottle though. Fairly intense bitterness which lingers on the palate. Smooth malt character, a hint of toffee, but not a great deal else. Nice beer.
