Inspired by our Wonderland cocktail range, and with the launch of our new tequila; Casa Rayos, at Manchester Outpost we've brewed a Paloma Cantarito sour beer, Using lactobacilus plantarum and voss Kveik yeast we soured this beer in tank and fermented at very warm temperatures to provide instense fruity esters and a sharp sour finish. We added Pink grapefruit juice and orange juice, with a dash of lime and a pinch of salt for a refreshing intense grapefruit sour beer.
