This is beer number 7 in Clown Shoes "The 12 Beers of Christmas" collection. Looking forward to this chocolate Mexican stout. Starts with a medium high thick head, dissipating faster than I would have thought. Dark brown color but not totally opaque. Has a rich malty chocolate aroma. Texture is soft but dry. Starts dry, earthy malt, bitter cocoa nibs, faint vanilla, with some spice in the background. A complex finish. Softer, bitter in the forefront followed by a separate, sweet and spicy chocolate towards the very end. I hope to have a chance to enjoy this brew again.

Nice thick, chocolate stout with some hint of chilli but not much (thankfully). I found it a bit too thick for me
