bottling date: 08/02/2023 For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and seven different main brews. We used quite some two- and three-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling to 24 full months. More than three quarters of the blend consist of 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik. Of that, more than 60% was brewed with our own cereals.
