Fresh Peach was crafted to showcase the best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine that we have. We went to great lengths to get Nelson and Peacharine specifically in-house as close to harvest as possible to make this beer. In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch. The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make. It’s all a function of water, malt, hops, and yeast—it’s fun, isn’t it?!
