The scent of grapefruit is really strong in this one. It's pretty bitter too, which I didn't expect from the bottle's seemingly innocent pixel logo. It would go really well with some spicy Sichuan stir fry 😋😋

The sun is setting in Sydney. It's time for a park beer. Straight from the bottle of course. The scent offers mesmerizing caramel that gains a good amount of fruitiness from blood grapefruit and blood orange. The tongue receives a wee bit of caramel that has gained a decent degree of bitterness from lemon peel, grapefruit and blood orange. A faint piney note accompanies in the shadows. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with somewhat bittercrisp citrus pith and peel as well as a tad bitter caramel. The aftertaste keeps frolicking with the tastebuds for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is moderately crisp, slightly lip-glueing and surprisingly full. Good stuff!

WOW!! Strong hoppy hit. Sledgehammer of Hops with a bitter finish. I love it but not for the everyday 'quaff'. At 6.5% I wouldn't drive after one neither. Get involved. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
