By the end of last year we managed to get our hands in some bags of Superdelic, the latest release from New Zealand Hops! As expected, we found a fantastic hop with a very unique profile of red and tropical fruits. Alongside it we decided to use our beloved Simcoe and as a base for both a New England Dipa recipe loaded with oats and with a fantastic body... the end result is amazing!
