Flight 4/4 wears transparent amber. The foamy lid is brilliant white, silky and clings seriously to the glass. This deviates significantly from the first three: sour fig, apricot, lemon zest and distinct lactic acid. I can smell it. The gustatory segment offers powerful fig, apricot and lemon on the fruity side. Wheat in the basement. Lactic acid, of course, all over. The body is light-medium to medium. The sour versions of fig and apricot dominate the aftertaste. Bleedingly sour indeed. Feels tart, acidic, astringent, puckering and zesty in the mouth. Dries my gums and tongue seriously. Otherwise relatively straightforward.
