Plus sûr l’amertume, légèrement fruitée. Petit goût sympa, peut-être dû au pain.

This beer portrays a semihazy straw complexion with a modest milky reflection. Superpale indeed. The carbonation behaves astonishingly obediently and unlocks a one-finger froth that melts soon to a thin lace ring in the sides.
The scent is somewhat restrained: lemon pulp, mango, carambola, toast, wheat malt, grass and a faint floral wisp. The citrusy undertone wins the game but the rest of the components can also be observed in varying magnitudes.
Grapefruit peel, pith and less of its zest dominate the taste. Lofty wheat malt, lemon, intensive yeast, grass and a distant hint of dried coconut flakes seal the deal for the tastebuds.
The body is light to light-medium. The tail is bitter citrusy and bitter wheaty. Unappealing at this stage. Hopcycling races are coming your way, so forget all your duties, oh yeah; fat bottomed aftertastes, they'll be riding today; so look out for those beauties, oh yeah.
The mouthfeel is light-medium, zesty, pithy, a tad dry and drying. And somewhat mouthcoating, too. The scent has potential that, unfortunately, remains unrealized.
