
Hoppy saison brewed with barley, spelt and raw Ølands wheat. Hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Saphir. Fermented and aged for five months with whole fresh nectarines in a French Oak feeder at a rate of 350 g/liter. Packaged with sugar for a natural carbonation in the bottle.
